Health & Safety Manager
An exciting opportunity at a leading distributor has hit the market, the company is hiring for a UK Health & Safety Manager based in Swindon (Wiltshire).
The UK Health & Safety Manager will directly report to the Operations Director; the primary responsibility will be to drive Health & Safety (H&S) culture across their UK sites.
Main responsibilities of the UK Health & Safety Manager:
Develop, implement, manage H&S guidelines. Work proactively to reduce risk of accidents. Challenge the business in relation to their greenhouse gas emissions & waste management. Implement safety signage when required. Conduct risk assessment & audits to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements of the UK Health & Safety Manager:
OSHA ISO45001 ISO14001 NEBOSH – desirable Come from a Warehousing & Distribution background Must have proven track record of high compliance.
