Customer Service Administration Assistant

Customer Services / Admin Assistant – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Pay: Minimum £11 per hour
Contract Type: Maternity cover with a view to permanent contract
Hours: 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday
9.00am to 2.00pm Friday
Free parking

Dealing with customer queries via phone, email and face to face.
Updating WIP orderbook
Sending customer reports and orderbook updates
Purchasing and some stock control
Minute taking
Organising training records
General assistant as required

Skills required:

Organised with great attention to detail
Presentable as will be first contact with customers and will need to build relationships
Excel (Intermediate level minimum)
Some experience of customer contact
Confident yet willing to learn
Flexible and adaptable
Must be willing to ‘muck in’ and help out in other areas if required to achieve customer commitments.
