Adults Social Worker Review

We are looking for an Adults Social Worker to join a Community Team.

THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.

About the team

This team works vulnerable adults within adult social services. This team is designed to support those within the community, this team will work with those who may have physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health or older people 65+. Within this team care plans are put in place, MDT meetings with multi agencies are carried out and social worker will liaise with families for the benefit of the individual, carrying out reviews of the cases is also a essential duty for the team.

About you

The social worker will be experienced in working with adults that have complex needs/ and or have working within a community setting before. A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required. You will have previous or current experience of working with Section 42, Care Act and MCA assessments.
