Property Paralegal

Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based housing association who are seeking a Property Paralegal to join their team on an initial 3 month contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this position.

ROLE: Property Paralegal
LOCATION: Farringdon, London
RATE: £17.31 to £21.00 per hour LTD
CONTRACT: 3 months, 35 hours per week

Please note that this role would be hybrid working.

The Role

To manage your own caseload of routine property transactions and assist Property and Contracts Lawyers with more complex matters as needed Assist lawyers in providing legal advice and support for more complicated transactions Respond to queries from various teams across the business

The Person

A legal qualification (e.g. LPC / LLM / LLB) would be required for this role Experience of working in a legal capacity within a legal team including property transactions Previous public sector working experience would also be highly desirable
