Customs Team Administrator Apprenticeship
Handle the information flow process
Ensure missing data is accounted for and flagged to ERCB team
Assist finance credit controllers to ensure the 'end to end' process of billing and revenue collection is complete
Liaising with customers via telephone and email
Ensure an efficient process of securing payments
Ensure clients and customers accounts are up to date and actioning anything that needs to happen
Resolving any Customs Issues
Recording data from both internal and external stakeholders
Support the Customs Team wherever possible to allow them to
concentrate on their core duties
Manage and evolve relationships with relevant internal and external customers
Ensure the provision of timely responses either written or verbally to all requests on any related issues to ensure the responsible team deliver a highly efficient quality service to all stakeholders
Due to the nature of the responsibilities within this team, a high level of accuracy and maturity is required at all times. You would need to be able to understand an instruction and be able to resolve it or delegate it correctly as well as be prepared to be adaptable to change.
Training Outcome:
DB Schenker has great progression routes upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
