Operations Director - Luxury Hospitality Group

We’re working with a leading hospitality group at the top end of the London market. Known for their luxury dining spaces, they’re now looking for an Operations Director to take the brand forward and deliver outstanding results across their portfolio.

This role is about setting the standard – ensuring every site delivers exceptional service, flawless execution, and strong commercial performance. You’ll be working closely with senior GMs, driving consistency across multiple high-profile venues, and protecting the brand’s reputation for quality.
