Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

Duties to include:

To build and continuously grow and develop the marketing of the business via Social Media pages to positively impact sales Accurately determining the date customer orders will be required and placing orders with suppliers so that a complete and on time delivery (COTIF) is maintained Use of the email system, company mobile telephone and landline to communicate with suppliers, customers and other members of staff Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers and ensuring that the order/supply process runs smoothly Selling products to customers profitably by determining their needs and technical requirements either from the items displayed or by promoting goods from brochures or the Internet Accurately processing customer orders in the showroom using a Microsoft Excel based ordering system and a Sage based invoicing system Taking either a deposit of full payment by cash, cheque or electronic card machine and always issuing a receipt whenever a payment is made Answering the telephone where necessary and dealing with customer/supplier enquiries in a professional manner

Training:

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard:

Support with English and Maths if required End Point Assessment Work based learning
