Retail Associate Apprentice

          To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance          Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store          Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines           Adhere to company’s policies and procedures           Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store           Perform other duties are required from the management team

Training:

The apprenticeship will be delivered both online and in the workplace, with a visitor from the assessor every 4 - 6 weeks.

Training Outcome:
Possible progression on completion of a successful apprenticeship

Working Hours :
(5 days per week between Monday-Sunday) – Shifts are 9.00am – 5.00pm & 12.00pm – 8.00pm - Hours will include 1 day over the weekend.
