Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Blackbrook Primary School

Training:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

Functional skills in maths, English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) - you will work towards achieving the knowledge, skills and behaviours for the Teaching Assistant Standard. This is achieved on completion of an externally assessed EPA. Learners will complete a portfolio of evidence and the EPA consists of the following activities: practical observation with questions & answers and professional discussion.

The successful candidate will attend fortnightly sessions at the college between 9.00am and 3.30pm.



Training Outcome:
Fully qualified and will be able to apply for a permanent teaching assistant role if available

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, term time only. 8.45 am - 3.20 pm. Term time only - pro rata salary
