Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice

As the administration apprentice you will be a pivotal member of the team providing support to all members of the team.

Day-to-day duties will include:

Welcoming patients in a friendly and professional manner – reception is the first point of contact Manage practice diary, administering appointment details Taking payments, correct balancing of patient accounts Answer email enquiries in a professional and timely manner Use of Microsoft packages such as Excel and Word (or equivalent) Accurate and efficient data inputting – including financial forecasting and patient planning Produce accurate records and documents including emails, invoicing and KPIs Prioritising tasks and completing in a timely manner Supporting team members to complete tasks from all departments within the business Talking to dental laboratories/other suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the practice Manage priorities and tasks
