Apprentice Global Talent Sourcer
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIN), networking events, and referrals
Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for specific roles
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status, offer guidance, and address any concerns or questions
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to effectively advise candidates and clients
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organising documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
Training:
Level 3 Business administrator
College attendance will be bi-weekly at a Truro college campus
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the apprenticeship there is a possibility of a future job role.

Working Days: 4 (as directed) Working Times: 9am to 5pm Days and shifts TBC.
