Landscaper / laborer apprenticeship opportunity for a leading garden design & construction specialist. We are a successful and passionate team, with an exceptional eye for detail and finish, as well as an impressive portfolio of projects, including Hampton Court and Chelsea Flower Show builds and awards. Seeking a like-minded individual, who will work on significant projects and support the team in building and sculpting gardens, with endless opportunities to expand your skills and learn from the best. 

Training:
Horticulture or landscape construction operative Level 2 (GCSE) Typical duration: 24 months Dedicated Performance Coach Days at Merrist Wood Functional Skills in maths and English

Training Outcome:

Permanent / full-time position available for the right individual

Yoreland Design Ltd - created by Leigh Richards to design and construct high quality outdoor spaces. Leigh started in landscape construction in 1998, studied at Merrist Wood College and qualified with distinction in garden design. With more than 25 years experience within the landscaping and garden design industry, Leigh has project managed and constructed schemes across London and the south east, including nine RHS show gardens at both Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. In addition to constructing his designs, Leigh and the Yoreland team build and manage garden projects and show gardens for a number of award winning garden designers.

Working Hours :
Number of Hours: 40 hours maximum Morning break length: 30 mins Lunch break length: 30 mins Start Time: 8am Finish Time: 16.30/17.00
