Apprentice business administrator

Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document management. Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Scheduling: Support the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place. Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required. Database Management: Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information. Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors and clients. Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to support projects and business initiatives. Learning and Development: Engage actively in all learning opportunities provided, including workshops, training sessions, and shadowing.
