Business Administration Apprentice within Law Firm
Receiving and sorting incoming mail
Covering reception
Preparing letters, documents and forms and arranging their signature and posting
Dealing with clients both personally and on the telephone
Scanning documents for the team
Liaising on the telephone with Solicitors, Barristers, Insurance Companies, Experts and their support staff
Manage own work load
Diary Management arranging client's appointments, meetings and other work commitments
Ensuring the data base and other office systems are maintained and kept in order
Training:
Level 3 Business Administrator
Functional Skills in maths and English if required
One day per month via an online session
Training Outcome:
Could lead to a permanent position

Myfanwy McDonagh has been appointed Vice Chair of the Property Section Committee of the Law Society. Our Residential Property team is an accredited member of the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme, which is a mark of excellence for the home buying process.
Furley Page's Personal Injury team is made up of Fellows and a Senior Litigator of APIL and our Family law team includes Collaborative Lawyers

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
