Apprentice Early Years Educator

Assist in planning and delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children in a safe and stimulating environment. Monitor and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in compliance with health and safety standards. Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the welfare of all children. Participate in training sessions and complete coursework as part of the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Training Outcome:

Upon completing the Level 3 apprenticeship, the individual becomes a fully qualified Early Years Practitioner. In this role, they can take on more responsibilities, such as planning activities, leading groups, and mentoring junior staff or apprentices.

After gaining experience as a practitioner, they could progress to a Room Leader or Senior Early Years Practitioner position. This role involves leading a team within a specific room (e.g., baby room, toddler room), planning the curriculum, and ensuring high-quality care and learning for children.

Working Hours :
We are open Monday - Friday 7.30 - 6pm. Your shifts will fall between these working times. You will be issued the following weeks rota each Friday
