Business Admin Apprentice
Provide administrative support in line with daily company procedures
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone & e-mail
Take "on-line" and "phone" orders
Create receipts and invoices as and when orders arrive
Taking payments at the trade counter
General office tasks, filing, generating reports, booking meetings and re-ordering office supplies
Handle sensitive data in a confidential manner
Resolve administrative problems
Produce reports to management and fellow colleagues
Meet and greet visitors at the trade counter
Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence. You will be
expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
Training Outcome:
Once the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship has been completed, we expect the right candidate to stay with us for possible further apprenticeships, leading to full-time employment.
Employer Description:
Henry Pumps Ltd is a small, but rapidly growing family owned business, who sells water and waste water pumps throughout the UK to the general public or trade accounts from its business premises in Brompton, Chesterfield. The company has been operating for the past 6 years, starting in the owners own home until 2023 when new premises was obtained, enabling the company to hold more stock and expand. We are now the third largest supplier of water and waste water pumps in the country and continue to grow.....our aim is to be number one!
Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4.30 pm, Friday 8 am - 4 pm (2 x 10 mins break and 30 mins lunch break)
