Digital Marketing Apprentice

Main Duties:

Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, focusing on audience engagement and growth Create and manage short and long-form content across digital platforms (blog posts, social media, video) to align with brand strategy Use data, analytics, and reporting tools to measure campaign success and refine future digital marketing strategies
Enhance website functionality through maintenance, SEO optimisation, and user experience improvements Design, implement, and optimise email campaigns that drive engagement and retention for new and existing clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital initiatives align with broader business objectives Engage in networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and strengthen client relationships Contribute to CSR initiatives by assisting in event planning and supporting community-focused projects that align with the company’s values

Training:

With the support of Next Level, you will be working towards your Level 4 Marketing Executive. The primary role of a Marketing Executive is to help develop, implement, and support marketing plans. The apprenticeship will last around 15 months. You will have 10 compulsory workshops that will be delivered via a hybrid learning approach. If you do not have a GCSE pass in your maths and English, we will support you in achieving your Level 2 Function Skills.



Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship will help you to gain a wealth of work experience in the marketing sector. This can help to lead to a full time permanent marketing role upon completion of the apprenticeship.
