Apprentice Mortgage Administrator
Assist with the preparation and processing of mortgage applications
Maintain accurate and organised client records and documentation
Conduct initial client assessments to gather necessary financial information
Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing of applications
Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering queries and providing updates on application status
Support senior brokers with research and analysis of mortgage products
Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices
