IT & Systems Executive Apprentice

The IT Executive at Autotech Group plays an important role in assisting the IT & Systems Manager, and wider IT team, in continually improving & maintaining the company's technology infrastructure to support its business operations and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding new users Troubleshooting hardware and software issues Maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliable operation of computer systems Collaborating with other departments to understand business functions and software usage

Note: This is not an IT Support role. It involves a variety of activities that support business operations.

Training:

Information Communications Technician Level 3.
