Printing off orders daily
Manage and respond to emails and chats within social media platforms. You’ll liaise with internal departments and external companies to investigate customer queries
You’ll investigate customer complaints and provide solutions whilst keeping them informed and up to date along the way
Handling of complex queries/complaints
You’ll be the first voice our customers hear, so you’ll need to make a great first impression
You’ll have email and chat targets to achieve, so being focused on them will be key to your ongoing success
You’ll be focused on customer satisfaction, dealing with our clients with empathy, direction, and action
You’ll deliver on promises, understand customer frustrations, and have an investigative approach to all customers

Customer Service Practitioner L2 Standard
This is a work-based qualification with monthly college attendance.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship you may be considered for a role within the company.

Glam Doll Fashion offers trend and led fashion at affordable prices and creates fast fashion at your fingertip. Our philosophy is pretty simple, we don’t take fashion or life too seriously.
Working Hours :
The working pattern would be 5 full days between Monday-Saturday. The standard hours would be 9.00am - 5.00pm each day, however we can be flexible for someone travelling if this reduces their travel time.
