Employer Description:
I started out in the entertainment industry as a team leader in the rigging department in 1999. I was later a rigging technician, erecting more temporary structures than I care to mention, working in the UK and Europe. After much consideration and years of working in the lifting industry, I decided to start my own business by setting up a workshop in my back garden. I drove to different sites speaking to building and construction companies delivering leaflets. It wasn't an easy journey, but I've never looked back. My partner and daughter work alongside me and both have experience in customer care and treating customers fairly. ISO Accreditation In July 2015 CWS was accredited for ISO 9001. We continue to maintain these standards to demonstrate our commitment to our customers, employees and efficient running of the company. In May 2019 we were audited and admitted as a developing member of the LEEA.
