Training:

As well as learning on-the-job, you’ll also be studying towards a BSc (Hons) Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Bradford. Balancing work and a degree course will be challenging. To support your learning, we'll offer study leave to complete university work stress free. At the end of the 3-year scheme, Apprentices could be prepared for a specialist role and have gained a full chartered membership of the CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Working Hours :
We also operate a 4.5 day working week in Hilmore House, offering the chance to spend time in the office, focus on study at home and develop your teamworking skills in our stores.
