Business Admin Apprenticeship - Support Assistant Dura Sport
Providing day to day assistance and responding telephone & email related enquiries
Greeting visitors, arranging refreshments accepting & arranging deliveries
Assisting in the preparation of sales quotations and contract file documents
Updating CRM system records as required to ensure file & document accuracy
Assisting in the sourcing & booking of accommodation for operations staff
Assisting in the administration of timesheets including filing & data inputting
Assisting in the organisation and distribution of company PPE & workwear
Visiting post office/bank/local suppliers as required
Training:
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Support with English and maths (if required) Work based learning End point assessment
Training Outcome:
Full time role within the business

Operating from our Head Office in Leicestershire, Dura-Sport currently employs over 20 full time staff. Our in-house team of highly skilled installers all hold CSCS cards and full plant licences. They are DBS cleared (enhanced) and our 'train and maintain' ethos means that the majority of our staff have been with us for many years. Dura-Sport's management team has over 90 years of experience collectively in the synthetic surfacing industry and are able to offer sound, reliable, common-sense advice on all aspects of synthetic sport and play surfacing and construction. Dura-Sport’s dedicated in-house pitch maintenance division - Dura-Sport Leisure Care was established in 2000 to provide a comprehensive maintenance and repair service for artificial sports pitches and play facilities nationwide. We hold the ISO 9001:15 certification for our Quality Management Systems and are a SAPCA (Sports & Play Construction Association) Principal Contractor and members of Constructionline (Gold), CHAS (Advanced), Safe Contractor, SSIP Aclaim H&S, APi, FSPA and RoSPA. We are an ECB Approved Supplier of our Approved DSi-pro and DSi-pro Vision cricket pitch systems and hold the ECB Code of Practice accreditation for the Design and Installation of Non-Turf Cricket Facilities.
Working Hours :
8.30am - 5.00pm, with half hour off for lunch. Days to be confirmed.
