PLEASE NOTE THE HOURS FOR THIS ROLE ARE: Monday to Friday 4.30pm - 12.30am (37.5 hours per week)

Main Purpose of the Job:

As a Trainee Scone Baker at Truly Treats, your role will involve weighing ingredients, mixing, and baking their award-winning scones. You'll need to work efficiently, following recipes and instructions with precision. A basic understanding of food safety regulations is essential, and you must adhere to all health and safety standards throughout the process.

Duties:

Weighing and measuring ingredientsPreparing doughs, cutting scones, traying upOperating equipment (mixers, cutting machines, ovens)Performing quality control checksEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills:
