Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Schedule and manage appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Creating invoices and quoting any repairs via TechMan garage management software.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure any parts for repair are sourced
Coordinate with mechanics and other staff to ensure smooth operations in house
Keep the reception area clean and organised
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Training Outcome:
Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship.

Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm
