Sales order processing through our main operating system
Download of orders from customer portals
Upload of order status to customer portals
Preparation of order files for our third party warehouse
Purchase order planning
Preparation of sales reports
Communication with our third party warehouse on deliveries
Information gathering from delivery company portals
Liaising with sales team and product trainers
Liaising with our third party customer care team
The role will involve some (accompanied) travel to off site events
Training Outcome:
To be discussed after completion of apprenticeship
Employer Description:
UK office of USA based baby products manufacturer (pushchairs, car seats, high chairs). Responsible for sales and marketing in the UK.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 5 days, 9.00 am to 5.00pm, 30 minutes for lunch. Fridays in July and August, 9.00am to 4.00pm
