We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our growing team in our offices on King Street in Manchester with immediate effect.
MCG Construction tend to specialise mostly in the supply of Temporary Blue and White Collar staff to Construction Companies across a variety of sectors.
The person we are looking for will not just be responsible for Administrative tasks but also for the resourcing of candidates for active roles.
This will involve some sales skills as it's important that you're able to sell the roles we have on to candidates.
The ideal person is:
Confident and approachable
Able to work well with others
Excellent time management skills
Able to prioritise tasks based on importance/urgency.
Confident using IT
Good eye for detail
Some of the tasks for the role include but are not limited to:
Registering candidates on the system
Obtaining essential compliance documents required for candidates to work with us
Uploading candidates compliance documents to the system
Regular use of the CRM system and it's functions
Handling payroll queries
Ensuring all workers time sheets are processed
Searching for candidates to fill active jobs / grow database.
Using social media and any other candidate generation tools at your disposal to help extend our reach to potential candidates
Obtaining references and identifying leads for consultants.
