Digital Support Technician apprentice - 5M Solutions Ltd - £17k-£20k

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions. Provide exceptional support via their ticket desk, addressing ongoing technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction. Deal with incoming support requests and manage tasks/projects with the development team. Ensure that a resolution is suitable and delivered within their service level agreements. Work closely with their development and marketing team to deliver top-notch support and solutions. Manage customer accounts, onboard new clients and generate monthly reports. Be able to troubleshoot issues, solution research and QA testing. Organise and attend meetings with clients (both in person and remotely) to provide updates and discuss new projects.

Training:

During this apprenticeship, you will follow a fully supported training programme with LearnTech, delivered through combined weekly remote classroom-based training, workplace assessment/training and online learning working towards completing the Digital Support Technician standard.

Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the applicant will be a qualified L3 Digital Support Technician. There may also be scope to remain with 5M Solutions Ltd.
