BEng (Hons) Degree in Electronic & Computer Engineering  Application for Professional Registration as IET Engineering Technician (EngTech) - https://www.theiet.org/career/professional-registration/engineering-technician/    6-month rotations in Avionics engineering teams to gain skills and experience in Years 2 - 4   A longer rotation, within a specific engineering discipline, to continue experience depth in Year 5   Training to improve your Professional Development Skills, including collaboration and leadership skills, presentations and business insight   Residentials and Individual Coaching    Completion of the GE Team Development Award Scheme   Support from Technical, Academic and Pastoral Mentors   Numerous opportunities to participate in STEM Outreach activities, local schools' engagement, the GE Apprentice network and various external events such as the Cheltenham Science Festival, Air Shows (such as Farnborough and Royal International Air Tattoo), RETHINK (to promote & strengthen Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and a sense of Belonging within STEM)

Day release:

Years 1 - 3: Gloucestershire College, Cheltenham

Years 4 - 5: University of the West of England (Bristol - Frenchey Campus)



Training Outcome:
Roll off position in Systems Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Software Engineering Progression to Level 7 Apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday - 8 Hours. Friday - 5 Hours. Shift times to be confirmed.
