Process Operator Apprentice

Operate the manufacturing process to the required quality and safety standards and relevant operating procedures Maintain required standards of plant housekeeping to ensure safe and efficient working practices for all Compliance with standards for quality and consumption of material Routine batch manufacture Perform in-process testing of batches being manufactured

Training:

This is a 3-year apprenticeship in the training to run production assets and ancillary equipment / facilities combined with apprenticeship day release both online and in person on site. You’ll become a multifaceted professional with exposure to the full process of silicone production, whilst gaining a competitive L3 Polymer Processing Technician apprenticeship providing an overall industry education from expert in the field.

You will gain a L3 Polymer Processing Apprenticeship with the potential to gain additional qualifications as you progress You will carry out training onsite in Momentive conference room You will do training on block release Functionals skills in English and maths if required

Training Outcome:

You'll gain complete exposure to the entire facility - Momentive will be more than willing to offer further investment and progression across any part of the business that interests you.
