Customer Service Apprentice

Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:
Learn and become proficient in using our company's CRM system.
Accurately input and maintain customer information, call notes, requests, and appointment changes (e.g., rescheduling, cancellations).
Ensure the CRM system is up-to-date and reflects the most recent customer interactions. Proactive Customer Engagement:
Reach out to customers with canceled appointments to understand the reasons behind their cancellations.
Actively listen to customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services.
Propose solutions and suggestions to enhance customer satisfaction and prevent future cancellations. Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service through phone calls, emails, and other channels.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong relationships with customers and foster customer loyalty. Continuous Learning:
Participate in training programs and workshops to develop your customer service skills.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Chatbot Development (Optional):
If interested in AI and technology, you will have the opportunity to learn, create, and implement a chatbot to automate repetitive customer queries.
This will allow you to focus on more complex interactions that require your personal attention.

Training:

Customer Service Level 2

Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes. 



Training Outcome:

This role will include opportunties for career advancement, plus on the job training and development.
