Early Years Practitioner Apprentice

As an Early Years Apprentice, you'll get real-world experience working in our Nursery and Early Years Class. You’ll work towards becoming a key person in the Early Years environment. Your apprenticeship will include training days and practical days.

Your typical day will include:

Assisting team members to provide high quality care and education for children Building authentic and meaningful relationships with children and their parents/carers Liaise closely with parents/carers and encourage their involvement in nursery life and their child's learning Working with nursery and Early Years staff to ensure children’s needs and requirements are met Keeping the environment safe, clean, and healthy Supporting inclusive practices and helping plan and assess activities that cater to the unique development needs of each child

Training:

Early Years Practitioner Level 2. 



Training Outcome:

The appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by a commitment to high quality CPD, which could include progression to Early Years Educator Level 3.

Ludham Primary School and Nursery (102 on roll) is a small but mighty primary school and nursery situated in the heart of the Norfolk broads, approximately 10 miles from Norwich. The school benefits from being located on a beautiful site with an area of woodland which hosts our Stay and Play/ Forest School sessions.

Working Hours :
Term time +1 Monday to Friday - Shifts to be determined.
