Apprentice Administrator

As a vital member of the team, you will be responsible for:

Providing general administration support as requested by manager

Creating and maintaining both electronic and hard copy site files

Updating internal trackers

Providing Build Complete documentation as requested

Inputting site data into internal and client systems where required

Downloading database sheets of client system drawings/surveys/data and share with relevant internal colleagues as required

Finding relevant quotes, and raise Purchase Orders (POs) for approval

Requesting allocation of internal resource

Ensuring that the procedures and requirements as detailed within the Company Procedures and Quality Manual are implemented at all times

Liaising with staff and operatives effectively and with respect

Any other duties as assigned



Training:

As part of your apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto the Business Administration Level 3 qualification with one of our training partners.

You will study remotely and will attend monthly virtual workshops, access online learning materials, and attend one-to-one meetings with  your tutor or coach. You will also meet regularly with your coach and your line manager to ensure you are progressing through your programme.
