Helpdesk Coordinator Apprentice

No technical knowledge about electrics is required, your job role will be flexible and consist of the following:

Answering the phones from customers and team members – passing on messages Taking orders via email Updating spreadsheets Raising jobs and closing down once complete Word processing quotes General admin duties Liaising with suppliers via phone and email Answering the general email queries Ordering materials Other ad-hoc duties as required

Training Outcome:

This is a great role for anyone who is keen to either get back in to work, start their administration career in a flexible role with a fun team who are keen to continue growth. After successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to be taken on long term.

T.A. Baylis are a Bristol based electrical contractors who carry out electrical installations, electrical maintenance, inspections and testing throughout the South West of England.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday. Shifts tbc.
