Capturing content Assist in the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing strategies Support the creation and delivery of digital content across various platforms, including social media, email newsletters, and website. Responding to website chat bots Participate in campaign planning sessions Assist in the delivery of company events and exhibitions Ensuring the company brand is correctly portrayed within brand guidelines Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends Monitoring stock levels of promotional materials Assist with the analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies Assist in the creation and development of internal communications and media Be confident and knowledgeable in our company’s history and ethos. Assist in the gathering of evidence for social value reporting. Support in the inputting of data for social value reporting. Continuous learning to ensure you are up to date with social value movements.

27 Sessions at Loughborough college weekly (Tue, 17:00 – 21:00) Online portfolio to update with learning and development completed onsite Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor Attendance to Loughborough College for Functional Skills (if required)

Training Outcome:

Following their apprenticeship, the candidate could take the role of Marketing and Social Value Assistant, from there, there could be progression to work your way up throughout the structure of the business. Nuneaton Signs are a Social Enterprise, our core purpose is to provide meaningful employment and training for people with disabilities through the manufacture and sale of signs. We are a factory based in the midlands, in the town of Nuneaton. We design and manufacture a wide range of signage, from road signs, to construction site signage to school signs and much more.

Working Hours :
Monday – Thursday: 8am-5pm, Friday: 8am-1pm.
