Leisure Apprentice & Fitness Instructor

Learning about the X-Force product, negative training and embracing the culture. Assisting the fitness team with daily gym operations including opening, closing, basic maintenance and cleaning. Interacting with customers, walking the gym floor and dealing with member queries. Delivering individual and group training sessions to members. Assisting other departments as and when required. Delivering gym floor inductions and tours. Delivering member consultations and full body scans. Designing and setting up group exercise sessions.

3-1-5 Health Club is an award-winning and outstanding fitness and leisure facility incorporating the revolutionary X-Force Academy. We house a large fitness suite, 3 pools including a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam, sunbeds, squash courts and table tennis all under one roof. We have a large, diverse studio programme and our own in-house Stingray Swim School. We also have a large al fresco training area. We have free parking for 280 cars, a licenced café, large Wi-Fi lounge, beauty and physiotherapy rooms. A sports retail unit and homeopathic therapy room make 3-1-5 everyone’s third space to relax, rejuvenate and re-vitalise. We open our doors several times a year free to the local community so as to inspire the de-conditioned to get more active, more often and to encourage a healthy active community. We positively change people's lives on a daily basis and make goals and dreams a reality.

Working Hours :
A minimum of 30 hours per week over a 7 day period with two days off per week. (Our facility is open 7 days per week).
