HR Support Apprentice

The list of duties will include:

Recruitment / induction Maintaining files and information Drafting and sending HR letters and correspondence Supporting with notetaking in HR meetings Functional HR processes such as issuing lanyards, smart cards etc Provide first-line administrative support to the HR Team, including managing mailboxes, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork Ensure People data and documentation are kept up to date

Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the managers. 



Training:

As a Level 3 HR Support apprentice, you will complete the following qualifications as part of your apprenticeship:

Level 3 HR Support apprenticeship standard You will also develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to work within an office environment This apprenticeship is delivered in the workplace and 6 hours a week of your working time will be dedicated towards training and learning new skills You will be allocated a tutor who will provide you with personal support and assessment at pre-arranged times Assessment is through a variety of methods including observations in the workplace, witness testimonies, product evidence and professional discussions All evidence will be logged to your electronic portfolio

Training Outcome:

Progression to a permanent position upon completion of the apprenticeship for the right person.

Spring Hall Group Practice is a large GP Practice working across 5 surgery sites all based in the Central Halifax area. These are Spring Hall Medical Centre, Queens Road Surgery, Southowram Surgery, Rosegarth Surgery and Siddal Surgery. We are confident that our website will provide clear and concise help and give our patients the information they require in an easy and convenient format. It has been designed with the patients’ needs at the forefront of everything, from checking surgery opening times, to letting us know what you think of us as well as accessing our online consultation platform PATCHS.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. A minimum of 37.5 hours per week.
