Business Administration Apprentice

Support all areas of the business, resolving issues as requested Setup and improve administrative processes Undertake administration tasks as required including creating purchase orders, processing purchase invoices, raising expense claims, diary management and meeting co-ordination, operational process support and management of the electronic filing systems Liaise with internal and external contacts to answer queries, arrange meetings and distribute information where necessary Data management and analysis Support the expected implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across the business You will combine your ability to plan and prioritise with a flexibility and curiosity, contributing to areas outside of your daily responsibilities

You will be taught through:

4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training The course is a 14 month programme Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Training Outcome:

Progression into a full time role.

Based: Main office based in Prudhoe, Northumberland Hours of work: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
