We have partnered with an exciting new hospitality group! Working with one of their lively full-service restaurant concepts, we are on the search for a General Manager to join their team! Great opportunity for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, very high-volume restaurant and join a thriving, supportive group!

 

The Role

Drive strategic plans focused on revenue growth and cost control.Lead all departments to ensure seamless operations and service excellence.Analyze KPIs to identify improvements and implement solutions.Oversee hiring, training, and development to build high-performing teams.Champion a culture of guest satisfaction, team engagement, and efficiency.

Extensive experience in management at a high-volume, full-service restaurantStrong team motivator – experience managing and supporting a large teamOverall Operations Expertise – budgeting, training, scheduling, complianceKnowledge in all things food and beverageMUST be able to obtain Gaming badge & ABLE license
