Assist Resourcing are looking for Manufacturing Operatives to work in Worcester for our client, who is a leading Supplier of Aluminium and Magnesium Castings for the Aerospace and Defence Industries. 

Previous experience in this type of role is preferred - either working within a foundry or working with aluminium products.

Operating a CNC machineOperating industrial machinery, which can include a hydraulic press, grinder, borer or overhead craneFitting the right tools to active machinesPerforming proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessoriesSetting tolerance levels and cutting speedsTranslating the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for productionInspecting workflows to ensure that technical and quality standards are metWorking Hours for our Manufacturing Operatives: 
Our client has a variety of shifts available:

Days: 
07:45 - 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
07:30 - 13:30 (Friday)

Nights:
20:00 - 04:00
