The Role Summary
We are seeking Compliance Administrative Assistant to join our clients team within the External Managing Agent department. This role is essential in supporting property management and housing teams with compliance-related tasks. If you have strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Your key duties within the role will include:
Assist in ensuring that EMA meets all compliance requirements. Use our compliance reporting platform to track compliance and help locate and upload necessary documents (e.g., water risk assessments, gas certificates). Oversee and ensure the completion of Fire Risk Assessment actions within specified timeframes Meet or exceed the set compliance KPI targets Perform periodic site visits to ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations This list is not exhaustive, and you may be asked to support in other tasks for the Property Managers and Housing OfficersKey requirements
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written High attention to detail with experience managing compliance documentation Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable with liaising directly with stakeholders and external partners over the phone
