We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bakery Manager to lead and inspire a team at our clients new shop in Milton Keynes location. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage day-to-day operations in a vibrant bakery environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the branch Lead, train, and motivate the team to provide excellent customer service Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Drive sales and meet targets by delivering outstanding customer experiences Monitor and improve store performance through KPIs and regular reporting Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food quality

Requirements

Proven experience in a retail or foodservice management role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities Passion for customer service and hospitality Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
