Business Development Manager

They are in an exciting period of growth with various campaigns and initiatives on the horizon to quickly expand our growing market share so they are looking for an experienced Business development manager
This is a proactive business development role, duties will include the following
Identifying prospective customers in the assigned region
Present, promote and sell our products to existing and prospective customers
Formulate a dynamic sales strategy focused on the retail and experiential space
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
Convert key accounts into established resellers
Work our own attendance at trade fairs throughout the year.
Manage the growth and development of assigned product types
To work closely with the rest of the sales team and marketing teams on company initiatives
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Frequent Travel to visit customers when appropriate
Minimum of 5 years Sales experience within a similar industry
Ideally UK experience with existing customers in a relevant field.
Excellent development and closing skills.
Proven ability to work closely with a design team
Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
