Science Teacher

Duration: Ongoing, with the potential of a permanent contract

Integra Education are working closely with an alternative provision school on the Wirral who are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join their dedicated team for the 2024/25 academic year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, as well as contributing to the development of the Science curriculum.

Responsibilities:

Teach Science to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, including GCSE and A-level classes Develop and deliver engaging and innovative lesson plans that meet the needs of all students Assess, record, and report on student progress, using data to inform teaching and improve outcomes Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum, ensuring that it is relevant, challenging, and engaging for all students

Requirements:

QTS (or equivalent), and a science or related subject degree A strong understanding of the science curriculum and pedagogy Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to the development of our science curriculum Passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best
