Business and Sales Support Apprentice

Due to the nature of the business the role will be varied and duties will include;

Filing/Printing and picking orders accurately from our warehouse Packing orders for dispatch worldwide Assisting in the production of our personalised products, preparing files, using the laser and UV printer Checking and preparing the personalised orders for dispatch Checking off/clearing stock as required Stock taking/clearance Creating social media content - including videos, photos, timelapse Setting up products Collating stock images Creating new product descriptions Listing products on selling channels Analysing listings, problem solving of listing issues Enhancing company online profile Updating listings and personalisation options Assisting in setting up photography

Training:
Full Business Administrator Standard - Level 3 On-the-job training to support role development Off-the-job training to support qualification requirements Employer to offer dedicated training time to support off-the-job training as necessary Functional Skills support in maths and English if required

Training Outcome:

Full time employment and progression opportunities available upon successful completion of Level 3 qualification

We offer a range of personalised products and party, occasion, wedding, home, craft and Christmas products which we dispatch worldwide on a daily basis from our workshop in Ivybridge. We are a small family-run business and pride ourselves on a high level of customer service.

Working Hours :
Working week will be Monday - Friday. During November and December there is a weekend rota basis of short 4-hour shifts. Working times will be confirmed at interview.
