About the position:

Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage serviceRecruitment and training of staffShift schedulingPerformance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedbackPurchase and control of inventoryMonitor revenues and expensesEnsure practice of heath and safety regulationsNegotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products

This is you:

At least of 4 years of experience in a management role within F&B.Previous experience in fine dining or Michelin star restaurants necessaryExperience managing different outletsKnowledge of Inventory managementAbility to work under pressure and to multi-taskGood organizational skillsLeadership and commercial mindset with proven skillsAlready live in the Amsterdam AreaWSET certificationInternational hotel experiencePassion for Mediterranean foodKnowledge and passion for MixologyEnglish required, Dutch is a plus
