Maintenance Engineer

Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Monday to Friday – Commercial Estate – Cannon Street - £45,000 Per annum

My client is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a commercial estate near Cannon Street. The successful candidates will be Electrically or Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to the following. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary of £45,000, further training and career progression.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution, pro logic lighting)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)General building fabricMonitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, BearingsHours of work

Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 17:00 pm
