I am looking for a Deputy Head Teacher with a passion and understanding of SEMH. This is a chance to work for a specialised and independent secondary school that provides inclusivity and personalised development for children with complex additional needs. Salary £54555- £57124

Requirements:

Experience working as a Assistant Head Teacher ideally in a similar environment A clear vision, strong leadership, and effective management skills. An expertise in Ofsted with the ability to maintain and build your understanding of requirements, helping the school move towards an outstanding rating. A solid understanding of the new Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and Independent School Standards The ability to motivate, drive and support staff and pupils, using a person-centred approach A 'can do, will do' attitude and desire to succeed and improve our school. Have a commitment and passion to work with pupils with SEMH and range of other difficulties including trauma, attachment and associated challenging behaviours Creativity in delivering the National Curriculum, whilst supporting pupils to overcome their barriers to learning The ability to manage, motivate and inspire pupils and staff, raising standards in student outcomes.
