Duties: you will be responsible for:

Ensuring consistently accurate data inputting into the Service Desk Management tool Working within the agreed SLA’s for communication, escalation, response times Escalating accordingly to the relevant teams Working collaboratively to support ticket volumes Understanding user constraints and providing a friendly and professional customer service

Training Outcome:
90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks
