Engineering Design and Draughtsperson Apprentice

As part of this role you will undertake the following activities:

To support in the production of CAD outputs in line with statutory and industry specific standards and best practice guidance documentation. Support the development of overhead line CAD drawings and construction solutions in line with CDM regulations. Deliver detailed and accurate technical drawings to industry standards for the benefit of the customer Use industry standard software, including 2D and 3D techniques based upon the output required. Utilise technical notes, considering CDM and a customer’s technical knowledge and understanding. Promote the sharing and development of knowledge for all team members

Training will be delivered one day per week, term time, and is based at The Highfield site and facilities are in creation to enrich the student experience, developing them with the necessary skills using industry recognised equipment to ensure the apprentice receives training closely matched to the employer’s and industry.

Working Hours :
08:00 - 16:30 (Monday to Thursday) 08:00 - 15:30 (Friday) 195 Hours + 8 Bank Holidays
